VPN Subscriptions & Connection Issues
Find answers by topic, from account settings to server troubleshooting.
First, check your account and subscription status, then review your client and network settings. Expand a question below to read the answer. If you need further help, submit a support ticket in the user panel with a description of the issue and the steps you’ve tried.
Contact SupportAccount & Subscriptions
Your account manages the service, the client connects your device, and the subscription provides server configuration.
Do I need an email address to create an account? What if I forget my login details?
You can create an account with a username and password—no email address required. Save both in a trusted password manager, and keep your account password separate from the subscription link in your client. If you can’t log in, check your keyboard settings, capitalization, and whether autofill has inserted outdated credentials. Then check the panel for the available recovery options. Since accounts don’t require an email address, don’t assume you can recover access by email. Follow the process shown in the panel, and never share your password or full subscription link in a public forum.
Where can I find my subscription link, and how do I update my server list?
Sign in to the user panel and find the subscription link in your account overview. Copy or import it according to your client’s instructions. If you’ve already imported the subscription, use the client’s subscription or configuration manager to update it instead of repeatedly creating configurations with the same name. After updating, make sure this subscription is enabled and check that the server list appears as expected. If retrieval fails, first confirm that the panel opens in your browser, then check that you copied the full link without extra spaces. Your subscription link is an access credential. When troubleshooting, describe the error without sharing the full link.
Do I need to buy another plan when I switch computers or devices?
There’s no limit on the number of devices that can be connected at the same time, so changing devices alone doesn’t mean you need to buy another plan. Sign in to your existing account on the new device, get a compatible client, import your subscription, and check your current plan or data-pack status. Supported platforms: Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Keep an eye on your account’s available data when using multiple devices; unlimited devices doesn’t mean unlimited data. Before selling or handing over an old device, remove your account credentials and subscription configuration. If you think your subscription has been exposed, check the panel for a reset option, then update the configuration on your remaining devices.
Are the client and subscription the same thing? How do I get the client?
The client is the app that connects from your device; the subscription provides the server configuration for that app. You need both. Go to the client downloads section in the user panel. After signing in, you can download clients for Windows, Android, macOS, and Linux. For iOS, follow the availability instructions shown in the panel. Once installed, sign in to the panel to get your subscription, then import it into the client, choose a server, and connect. Installing the app alone doesn’t provide working servers. For your first setup, see the getting started guide. If you already have a configuration, make sure it matches the account and subscription you’re using to avoid an outdated setup.

Connections & Troubleshooting
First determine whether the issue affects all traffic or just one app, then check settings one at a time.
The client says it’s connected, but websites won’t load. What should I check first?
First, make sure your device can access the internet without the client. Then check your plan status, remaining data, and current configuration in the panel. A connected status usually means only that the client’s local connection is enabled; it doesn’t confirm that a particular website is reachable. Try another server, then open a regular website and the affected service to see whether all traffic is failing or just one service. If no websites load, check whether the system proxy or network routing mode is actually enabled, and whether another networking tool is controlling the connection. Change one setting at a time and keep the original settings so you can compare results and revert if needed.
Why does an app fail to use the proxy when my browser works?
Your browser and other apps may use different network routes. Some apps follow the system proxy, while others need the client’s full traffic-routing mode; per-app rules may also exclude them. Check the client’s proxy mode, routing rules, and app list to make sure the affected app isn’t set to connect directly. Then quit and reopen the app. If the client offers a network routing mode, read the instructions for your platform first to avoid conflicts with other networking tools. The app’s own region, account, or service status can also affect access, so not every error points to a server issue.
What should I do if subscription import fails or no servers appear after an update?
First, check your account status in the panel, then copy the complete subscription again from the subscription section. Choose a format supported by your client. Don’t use the link to an instruction page as the subscription link, or add explanatory text before or after the address. If the update succeeds but no servers appear, check for active filters, confirm that you’re using the right configuration, and look for parsing errors in the client. Don’t delete your existing configuration right away; note the error and keep a recoverable setup. When contacting support, include your device platform, where you performed the action in the client, and the error message. Hide your subscription link and account credentials in screenshots.
How do I reconnect after my device sleeps or switches networks?
After switching from Wi-Fi to another network or waking your device from sleep, you may need to reconnect. First, make sure the new network works, then check the connection status in your client. If needed, disconnect and reconnect, then reopen the affected app. On Android, check whether battery-saving settings restrict the client’s background activity. On other platforms, check the system proxy status after waking from sleep. Don’t leave system security settings disabled just to troubleshoot temporarily. If the issue only occurs on one network, note the network environment and steps to reproduce it, then include those details in a support ticket to help distinguish a local network issue from a server issue.
Speed & Routes
Server names identify routes, but performance also depends on your local network, time of day, and destination service.
Video stutters during peak hours. How should I choose a server?
Pause bandwidth-heavy tasks such as background downloads and cloud syncing, and check that your Wi-Fi signal is stable. Then compare servers using the same content. Start with servers in the region you need; don’t choose only by distance or a familiar server name. Your local provider, international route, and destination service can all affect performance. If playback stutters only at higher quality, try lowering the resolution to see whether the issue is related to sustained data transfer. Keep your device, network, and content consistent when comparing, and avoid changing several things at once. If you need help, share the time of the issue, server name, and affected service—never your account password.
What’s the difference between IEPL, relay, and direct connections?
These terms describe how a connection route is organized; they don’t guarantee the same speed in every region or on every network. IEPL usually refers to traffic carried over a dedicated international link. A relay routes traffic through an intermediate server, while a direct connection connects from the local network to the relevant entry point. Your experience also depends on the entry route, exit region, and destination service, so the route type alone doesn’t determine which option is best. VPNBid covers 120+ countries / 170+ routes. Choose based on your destination and how each route performs on your network. Check the route descriptions on the nodes page, then compare options under the same network conditions.
Will choosing the right region guarantee access to streaming services or AI tools?
Region is one factor in choosing a server, but it doesn’t determine service availability by itself. Streaming catalogs, AI tool availability, account region, and platform security checks can all affect access. Different exit points in the same region may also behave differently. Check the service’s published regional requirements, choose a server in a suitable region, and review your account status according to the platform’s guidance. After changing servers, reopen the app so it doesn’t keep using the previous connection session. If you see a region-related message, avoid repeatedly switching exit points or retrying sign-in. Note the message and troubleshoot from there. Route coverage doesn’t guarantee continued availability on every third-party platform.
What details should I include in a support ticket about slow speeds?
Include your device platform, current network, selected server, time of the issue, and whether it affects websites, video, or app sign-in. Describe what happens—for example, the connection won’t establish, pages load slowly, or playback stops—instead of just saying it’s slow. If switching servers or networks changes the result, describe the conditions you compared. Don’t combine results from different devices or content. You can include client error messages and steps you’ve tried, but hide your subscription link, account credentials, and personal content in screenshots. Share only the information needed to describe the issue. Anonymous, no-logs service doesn’t mean you need to submit your browsing history for troubleshooting.

Billing & Refunds
Check your payment method and order details before proceeding. Plan pricing, data rules, and refund terms are listed separately.
How much do monthly plans and data packs cost, and which should I choose?
Monthly plans: ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data packs: ¥158 for 300GB, ¥358 for 1000GB, and ¥658 for 3000GB. Data packs remain valid indefinitely until used up. If you use the service regularly and prefer a monthly budget, compare the monthly plans. If you use it less often, a data pack may suit you better. Consider your data usage and how often you connect, not just the listed price. See the plans page for full pricing and make your selection in the panel. If you’re switching between products or using them together, check the panel’s instructions first.
When does monthly data reset, and how is a mid-cycle upgrade calculated?
Monthly plan data resets each month on the date you activated the plan. For an upgrade partway through the cycle, the price difference is prorated over the remaining days. Don’t assume the reset happens at the start of the calendar month, or estimate the upgraded plan’s validity based on the data difference. Before making changes, check your current plan, available data, and order details in the panel. If your data seems to be disappearing unexpectedly, check background syncing, video quality, and activity on your other connected devices. If the order details don’t match your expectations, don’t submit it again; contact support to confirm. Data packs remain valid indefinitely and follow different rules from monthly plan resets.
Which payment methods are supported, and what if my payment status doesn’t update?
We accept Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Create and verify your order in the user panel, then follow the instructions on the order page. Don’t send funds to unfamiliar payment details received outside the page. If the status hasn’t updated after payment, return to your order list, check the order and payment status, and make sure they match your account. Avoid repeating the process, as that can create confusing duplicate orders. If the payment provider shows the payment as complete but the panel hasn’t confirmed it, submit a support ticket with the order ID and relevant proof of payment. Hide unrelated personal information in screenshots. Never share your payment password, account password, or full subscription link as proof.
What is the refund policy, and how do I request a refund?
VPNBid offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. See the Terms of Service for full details. To request a refund, sign in to the user panel and use the support ticket option to explain your request. Include the order ID so the team can locate it; if you have multiple orders, specify which one to avoid confusion. You don’t need to repeatedly test your connection to request a refund, and you should never include your account password in a ticket. Check for replies in the same ticket and provide any additional information requested. Don’t submit the same request in multiple tickets. Refund status is based on the panel’s replies and payment provider records; this page doesn’t promise a processing time.
