Service Description and Scope
VPNBid provides network acceleration subscriptions for cross-border access and access to international websites, covering 120+ countries / 170+ routes and supporting Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Client downloads and subscription details are available in the user panel. You must sign in to retrieve your subscription.
The service provides network connectivity; it does not provide accounts, memberships, or content licenses for third-party websites. The operators of those services determine regional policies, eligibility, and content rules. Route coverage does not guarantee access to every website or feature.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. Keep your password and subscription details secure, and do not publish subscription links. If you discover exposed credentials or unusual activity, change your password promptly and report it through a panel ticket. See the Privacy Policy for details on how account information is handled.
There is no limit on the number of devices that can be connected at the same time, but the service is for the account holder’s own devices only. This does not authorize resale. You may not resell subscriptions, rent out accounts, share accounts or subscription credentials with others, or repackage the service as a connection service for others.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Lawful Use Requirements
You must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in your location and to your activities, and independently confirm that your access activities have a lawful basis. You may not use the service to carry out network attacks, fraud, data theft, infringement of others’ rights, or distribution of illegal content, or interfere with the normal operation of other users or network facilities.
When using third-party platforms, you must also follow their terms of service and intellectual property rules. VPNBid’s network connectivity does not replace third-party authorization or relieve you of responsibility for your own actions.
Service Availability and Limits of Liability
Connection performance may be affected by your local network, carrier routing, device settings, target-platform policies, and maintenance. VPNBid does not guarantee uninterrupted connections, a fixed speed or exit location, or access to any particular platform. If an issue occurs, check your local network and subscription status first, then submit the error message through a ticket.
Any required notice of maintenance or route changes will be posted in site announcements or explained in the user panel. Keep copies of important information, and do not rely on this service as the sole connection for critical business operations. Liability for effects caused by third-party failures or events beyond reasonable control is determined under applicable law; these terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Refund Terms
You may request a full refund for any reason within 30 days of your first payment. Submit your request through a user panel ticket, stating that you would like a refund and providing the relevant order information. No reason for using the service is required.
We will verify the date of your first payment, order, and payment records. Do not include your password or complete subscription credentials in a ticket. Refund progress will be communicated through the ticket; no unverified processing or arrival time is promised. Repeated submissions of the same request do not change eligibility. Other refund rights provided by law remain unaffected.
Account Termination and Changes to These Terms
If there is unlawful use, resale, credential sharing, or conduct that affects service operation, VPNBid may suspend the relevant connections or terminate the account as appropriate. If credentials may have been exposed, access may first be restricted to limit the impact, with the reason explained through the panel. You may dispute the action or provide additional information through a ticket. Account actions do not replace any liability required by law and do not automatically cancel a valid refund request.
Changes to these terms will be posted on this page with the relevant month. Material changes affecting user rights will be explained through site announcements or a panel notice and will not retroactively change the terms of existing orders. If you have questions about an update, confirm the details through a ticket. If you do not accept the changes, you may stop using the service; existing disputes will be handled under applicable law and the relevant order terms.
